Registration with accurate information is required to buy, sell, or participate in auctions.

You are responsible for all activity under your account, including unauthorized use.

Iconic Collectors may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations or suspicious activity.

4. Listing & Selling Items

Sellers are solely responsible for accuracy, authenticity, and legality of item descriptions.

Items must comply with UAE laws; prohibited items (illegal, counterfeit, or restricted) are strictly forbidden.

Iconic Collectors does not guarantee the authenticity of items; buyers should perform due diligence.

5. Bidding, Purchasing & Transactions

All bids and purchases for auction or third-party items are final.

Buyers are obligated to complete transactions at the winning bid or purchase price.

Payments must follow the instructions on the Platform.

Fees and charges are as stated on the Platform.

6. Refunds & Credits

Auction and third-party items: Final sale — no refunds, returns, or credits.

Direct sales by Iconic Collectors: Platform credits may be issued for defective, damaged, or misrepresented items, but no cash refunds.

Credit requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery via.

Credits are non-transferable and can only be used on items listed directly on the Platform.

Credit requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.

Violate applicable laws or regulations.

Interfere with other users’ experience.

Transmit harmful, fraudulent, or misleading content.

Impersonate others or misrepresent identity.

8. Confidentiality & Use of Information

Iconic Collectors treats user information as confidential.

Personal and transactional data is used only for legitimate purposes, including account management, communications, and regulatory compliance.

Authorized personnel and service providers may access data under confidentiality agreements.

Disclosure may occur only to comply with law, enforce Terms, or protect rights and safety.

9. Intellectual Property

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Fujairah Creative City – Media Free Zone.

Revised Terms will be posted on the Platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
