Who can use the marketplace?
Anyone over 18 (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction). Users under 18 cannot create accounts or participate in auctions.
Buying Items
How do I browse and search for items?
Use the search bar or browse by category. Filter results by auction, fixed-price listings, price range, rarity, or verification status.
How do I place a bid in an auction?
Select the auction item.
Enter your maximum bid.
The system automatically increases your bid up to your maximum.
You’ll be notified if you are outbid or if you win.
Can I cancel a bid or auction purchase?
No. All auction bids are binding. Direct-sale items may be eligible for platform credits if defective or misrepresented.
How do I buy items directly (fixed-price listings)?
Click “Buy Now,” confirm your order, and complete payment. Payment triggers shipping arrangements.
What payment methods are accepted?
Credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and approved online payment providers. Payment must be completed to finalize the transaction.
Can I pay in instalments?
Currently, all purchases must be paid in full upfront unless specifically indicated for certain high-value items.
How do I know an item is authentic?
Items marked “Verified” have been authenticated by trusted third-party companies. Certificates or verification reports are included when applicable.

How do I list an item for sale or auction?
Log in to your seller account.
Complete identity verification.
Click “List Item” and provide:

Submit listing for approval.
Are there fees for selling?

How do I manage my active listings?
Use the Seller Dashboard to track bids, update descriptions/images (within restrictions), and manage auctions.
Can I remove or edit a listing?
Auction listings: Cannot be removed or edited once bidding starts.
Direct-sale listings: Can be removed unless a buyer has initiated a purchase.
What happens if my item doesn’t sell?
Unsold items can be relisted or moved to direct-sale listings. Fees may apply for relisting.
Auctions & Bidding Policies
What is the minimum bid increment?
The system sets minimum increments based on item value. Each auction page displays the required increments.
How long do auctions last?
Auction durations are set by the seller or platform and are displayed on each listing. Typical durations: 24 hours–7 days.
What happens if there’s a tie bid?
The earliest bid at the highest amount wins.
Can I bid on multiple auctions at the same time?
Yes. Each auction is independent, and bids are tracked per item.
Can I increase my bid after placing it?
Yes. Enter a higher maximum bid at any time before the auction ends.
How do I know if I won an auction?
You will receive an email notification immediately after the auction closes. Payment instructions follow.
What happens if the winner doesn’t pay?
The item may be offered to the next highest bidder. The original winner may face account restrictions.
Shipping & Delivery
How are auction items shipped?

How do platform credits work?
Credits are non-transferable, can be applied to future purchases, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
How long do I have to request credits?
