3. Platform Credits for Direct Sales
For items sold directly by Iconic Collectors:

Only items purchased from Iconic Collectors (not third-party sellers or auctions).
Items must be defective, damaged, or materially misrepresented.
Timeframe:
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Credit Issuance:
Credits are applied to your Iconic Collectors account.
Credits are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Credits can be used to purchase any item listed directly on the Platform.
